Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Greet clients in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars for agents and schedule client meetings.
- Policy Assistance: Answer general inquiries regarding policies, billing, and claims, directing clients to the appropriate agent when needed.
- Administrative Support: Process paperwork, update client records, and maintain accurate documentation in our system.
- Problem Resolution: Address client concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents and other team members to ensure seamless client service.
- Follow-Ups: Contact clients regarding policy renewals, missing documents, or outstanding payments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office software, CRM systems, and multi-line phone systems.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and accuracy.
