Full time legal secretary needed in Personal Injury law firm. Will be responsible for general secretarial duties, organize/supervise client files, communication with clients and draft legal documents and correspondence.
· Knowledge of Office Suite a must, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Maintain and organize files in an orderly manner.
· Ability to multi-task, and timely respond to deadlines as well as balance workload.
· Ordering Medical records and bills from various Medical Providers.
· Consistently provides friendly and helpful telephone support.
· Possesses strong clerical skills including typing, mail and contact management, spreadsheets, and word docs.
· Follows the standard naming and profiling conventions when scanning, emailing, and saving documents to the document management system.
Bilingual and/or knowledge of Mac Computers also beneficial but not required. Only serious applicants apply.
