You will play a key role in aligning revenue-focused teams, driving business growth, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction within the hospitality and SaaS sectors. Joining WebBeds at this pivotal moment, you will contribute to reshaping the future of hotel distribution through innovative partnerships and technology-driven solutions.Key responsibilities Growth model, planning, and revenue expansion strategy.Setting up sales playbooks, managing our sales team.Inbound lead qualification and nurturing during trials.Measure success by tracking key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost.(CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and monthly recurring revenue (MRR).Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.Collect insights and product requirements from key customers and prospects.Partner with product and marketing teams on product ideation to increase adoption, retention, and monetization.Collaborate with sales and marketing to implement go-to-market strategies in alignment with company objectives and market trendsThe skills we would love to see in your suitcase!Minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS sales with preferred experience in software product strategy and the hospitality sector.Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.Expertise in developing and executing sales and product strategies.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with sales and CRM software.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt strategies in dynamic markets.Why choose us as your next destination?We are super proud of our dedicated team of friendly, energetic & passionate professionals.
