In this role you will :
As the General Manager of ROOMDEX, you will develop and execute growth strategies to expand revenue, manage sales operations, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive customer adoption and retention. Your role will also involve analyzing key performance indicators, qualifying inbound leads, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. By building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, you will play a key role in shaping ROOMDEX’s market presence and ensuring long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth model, planning strategies for revenue expansion.
- Create and oversee sales playbooks while managing and mentoring the sales team.
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture client relationships during trial phases.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., CAC, LTV, MRR) to measure success and identify improvement areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Collect customer insights and product requirements to inform product strategy.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to drive adoption, retention, and monetization efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
