As the General Manager of ROOMDEX, you will play a critical role in shaping ROOMDEX’s strategic direction, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the hospitality and SaaS sectors. This leadership role is pivotal to aligning cross-functional teams across sales, go-to-market initiatives, and product strategy to ensure the company’s continued success. Based in a fast-paced and innovative environment, you will lead efforts to expand market presence and deliver exceptional value to clients through technology-driven solutions.

In this role you will :

As the General Manager of ROOMDEX, you will develop and execute growth strategies to expand revenue, manage sales operations, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive customer adoption and retention. Your role will also involve analyzing key performance indicators, qualifying inbound leads, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. By building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, you will play a key role in shaping ROOMDEX’s market presence and ensuring long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth model, planning strategies for revenue expansion.
  • Create and oversee sales playbooks while managing and mentoring the sales team.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture client relationships during trial phases.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., CAC, LTV, MRR) to measure success and identify improvement areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Collect customer insights and product requirements to inform product strategy.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to drive adoption, retention, and monetization efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a preference for expertise in software product strategy and the hospitality sector.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales and product strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with sales and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt strategies in dynamic markets.
