Part-Time Children's Dance Instructor

WEBBY Dance Company is seeking FUN, ENERGETIC, & RELIABLE dance, gymnastics, yoga and cheer instructors to join our team in the Medina/Brunswick/Strongsville area and surrounding cities! Our enrichment program provides fun and engaging classes at local schools, childcare centers, after school programs and more! **Please note that this is a part-time position with openings only available weekdays during daytime hours**

A qualified instructor needs the following:

• Training in ballet and/or creative movement or gymnastics
• Experience teaching dance to children
• Outstanding organizational, communication and time management skills
• Have your own reliable car and must be willing to drive to different locations daily!!
• Outgoing and a positive attitude
• Morning availability
• Camp counselor-like attitude with ability to loudly project your voice!

Responsibilities.

• Traveling to different locations daily
• Being punctual, dependable and reliable
• Execute a class agenda that is action packed and engaging using the WEBBY curriculum
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with school staff and the WEBBY staff
• Introduce as many students as possible to WEBBY while encouraging maximum attendance.
• Portray the company's band and mission with the utmost integrity

Compensation is based on enrollment (how many children in the class) and ranges from $15-30 per class (half hour classes) with $30 per class flat rate for longer classes. Opportunities for growth within our program are available from higher pay scale to take on more classes, teach our summer day camps and more!

Your schedule will be custom tailored to work for you! We work with your availability to allow you to teach as little or as much per week as you would like!

You will be provided with initial and on-going training, music, choreography, scheduling and equipment! provide the music, choreography, scheduling and equipment. Our training program will ensure that anyone that has a passion for working with children and a passion for movement can become the best teacher possible!
