We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Team Crew Member to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting in high-end residential landscape installations, including hardscapes, water features, grading, irrigation, and planting. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the physical endurance to help build large-scale outdoor spaces. This position offers the opportunity to develop hands-on skills in landscape construction while contributing to stunning outdoor environments.
Position starts in the first or second week of April.

We require:
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or related field preferred
- Ability to operate skid steers, excavators, and loaders or willingness to learn

Minimum of 35 hours per week, with most summer weeks averaging 40–50 hours. Overtime is required at times.
