Position Summary :
The primary responsibility of this role will be to support Operations & Executive Management with financial analysis and support including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic analysis. Prepares monthly financial reporting package for the Executive team, detailing business results and identifying trends. Supports development of data analysis models, including delivering customer profitability reporting. Tracks key performance indicators and provides analysis to support business decisions.

- Design, build, distribute and continually improve a wide-range of reports and analysis covering all aspects of the company’s financial and operational performance, including facility dashboard reporting.
- Support monthly and quarterly Bank compliance reporting. Work with actuals and forecasts to model covenant projections and treasury needs.
- Develop and maintain the systems and models needed to track, report, analyze, and forecast company performance.
- Be an expert in sourcing data from the company’s multiple systems and departments; then integrating and analyzing results. Areas include Labor trends, occupancy metrics, and tractor mileage.
- Lead the annual budget process. Develop and consolidate budget and forecast submissions, tracking, and reconciling multiple versions and scenarios.
- Identify the key drivers / causes / assumptions of financial results and articulate the information into presentation format that is presented to the Leadership Team.
- Adhere to strict reporting deadlines for month end and year end close and bank reporting.
- Identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements.
- Lead ad hoc projects as assigned.
