Weber Shandwick seeks an experienced VP of Client Operations & Integrated Project Management to join our West Project Management team.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as strategic operations lead across major consumer, tech, and healthcare accounts, demonstrating autonomy and strong decision-making skills.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with internal account leaders, procurement and operations teams across regions.
- Champion consistency in operational and project management practices, driving agency and client-side efficiencies, facilitating effective team integration, and establishing robust operational systems.
- Collaborate with diverse internal and client stakeholder teams to establish efficient and effective ways of working.
- Proactively mitigate and creatively resolve emerging issues and risks, sharing insights and opportunities for improvement with the extended project management team.
- Mentor and guide a team of project managers, continuously evaluating talent, resource needs, and assignments, optimizing the operational and project management infrastructure to support business growth.
- Partner with the client finance team to continuously assess the financial health of the portfolio, reporting to leadership and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines, including consistent scoping practices.
- Design and implement processes, templates, tools, and guidelines to optimize and elevate account / portfolio operations.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the production processes behind digital, social, content, media, and public relations campaigns.

Illinois Salary range : $130,000 - $165,000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current / former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's / applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
