Job Summary/Basic Function
The major duties include:
- Scheduling of venues for conference events
- Effective communication with the Conference Chair, Presenters, and other collaborators and individuals.
- Management of digital and social media activities to advertise and disseminate conference content
- Coordinating logistics and agreements with keynote speakers
- Assist in the development and administration of participant evaluations for each event.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / Equivalent
- Two years of full-time related experience
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Basic Technology skills
- Experience with managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, websites, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to engage with community organizations, schools, and other partners.
