Job Summary/Basic Function
Davis FAFSA coach will serve as the first point of contact at the Student Support & Resource Center at the Davis Campus by answering the phone, helping students navigate basic needs, connecting to students to campus resources, and supporting the leadership team with projects and events, and serving as a representative for outreach at the Davis Campus. Provide help to students visiting the center including having available meeting times for students needing help with the FAFSA application, reviewing awards and loans, and navigating Scholarship Universe. Pay starts at $13 per hour and increases to $15 per hour once training is completed.

Self-starter; energetic and outgoing; customer service oriented; ability to organize; excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
