Job Summary / Basic Function
The ISSC Office is seeking a motivated and reliable student worker to support our efforts in engaging with prospective and current international students while providing excellent front-facing customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for the ISSS office by welcoming students and visitors, answering inquiries, and providing assistance in person, via phone, and through email.
- Communicate with prospective international students via email and social media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat, WhatsApp, and other relevant apps.
- Respond to emails and phone calls from current students, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with current students to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, providing resources and support as needed.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one semester of college.
No prior experience necessary.
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft products, including Excel spreadsheets.
