Job Summary/Basic Function
Disability Services is seeking dedicated student workers to assist with clerical and testing support duties. Under the supervision of the Accommodation Specialist and the Accommodated Testing Lead staff, student workers will help facilitate academic accommodations for students with disabilities while gaining valuable professional experience in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Perform general clerical and office duties using Microsoft Office applications.- Answer and transfer phone calls, schedule student interactions, and scan student paperwork into the department database.
- Assist students with the steps necessary to request and receive academic accommodations.
- Facilitate accommodated testing by scheduling exams, documenting exam details accurately in the Disability Services database, and ensuring proper testing procedures are followed.
- Proctor and monitor exams, including reading and/or scribing for students as needed.
- Communicate with students and faculty to coordinate testing accommodations, troubleshoot testing-related issues, and ensure a smooth testing experience.
- Shifts may be assigned at WSU Ogden and/or Davis, depending on need and availability.
**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

High School Diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
