Server Engineer II (Hybrid)
We are seeking a highly skilled Server Engineer II to provide technical support for our Windows platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general and routine technical support for installation, patching, configuration, and updates of Operating Systems and non-OS vendor applications
- Maintain documented procedures for Windows Infrastructure
- Collaborate with team members, software vendors, and other technical staff to develop, design, implement, and continuously improve systems
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience and/or training
- Certification in MCSA, MCSE, VMware, ITIL or similar certification(s) would be considered an asset
Preferred Skills:
- Administrator of Windows Server OS and all related technologies
- Data Center Maintenance and Build and Configuration
- Knowledge of RAID
- Knowledge of Windows OS, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory
- Good Experience in Windows Patching, Antivirus of WSUS. SCCM, Bigfix, PDQ or any patch deployment tool
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible on work timing and available on call for remote engineers when required
- Excellent communication skills
