Job description
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.Support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement, and closing deals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies.
- Track and analyze key business development metrics to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
- Represent WeBox at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
