WebPresented is seeking a Product Owner to join our fast-growing team! As a Product Owner, you'll hold responsibilities for the lifecycle management of our commercial software products. What You'll Do
- Manage the Product Development process from Ideation through General Release
- Define and document product features for the audience of Engineering, Quality, Support and Customers
- Interact with Customers throughout all stages of the Product: Generating ideas through User Adoption to build and deploy the best product to our customers
- Prioritize the work effort required by the engineering team to focus on the most impactful items
- Create and define the Product Roadmap using value, capacity, and Customer input
- 4 years Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to manage and align small cross-functional teams (1-3 direct reports) toward product goals, balancing priorities across technical and business needs
- Ability to lead and influence cross-team initiatives to deliver product releases
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Strong business acumen in the Wholesale Distribution industry and/or CRM experience
- Able to navigate ambiguity and drive towards completion
- Self-starter with exceptional work ethic and problem-solving
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
