WebPresented is seeking a Product Owner to join our fast-growing team! As a Product Owner, you'll hold responsibilities for the lifecycle management of our commercial software products. This role will have direct responsibility for managing the ideation through general release phases of new product features.

This is a fully remote role; all candidates must reside in the US with work authorization

What You'll Do

• Manage the Product Development process from Ideation through General Release
• Define and document product features for the audience of Engineering, Quality, Support and Customers
• Interact with Customers throughout all stages of the Product: Generating ideas through User Adoption to build and deploy the best product to our customers
• Prioritize the work effort required by the engineering team to focus on the most impactful items
• Create and define the Product Roadmap using value, capacity, and Customer input
  
  

What You'll Need

• 4 years Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to manage and align small cross-functional teams (1-3 direct reports) toward product goals, balancing priorities across technical and business needs
• Ability to lead and influence cross-team initiatives to deliver product releases
• Knowledge of industry best practices
• Strong business acumen in the Wholesale Distribution industry and/or CRM experience
• Able to navigate ambiguity and drive towards completion
• Self-starter with exceptional work ethic and problem-solving
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
