We're seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our Baytown, TX warehouse team. As an Outbound Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in preparing and packaging products for shipment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately and efficiently pick, prep, and package products to fulfill orders
- Operate a variety of warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Meet or exceed department standards for productivity and accuracy
- Maintain a clean work area, including the removal of empty boxes from bins or aisles as needed
**Requirements:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change
**Work Environment:**
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity. The noise level is moderate, and the passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.

4th Shift - Friday-Monday, 6:00am-4:30pm or 7:00am-5:30pm
