Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Picking up menus from each resident and assisting those who need help filling them out according to diet breakdown sheets;

• Tallying menus and preparing tally sheets with high accuracy;

• Delivering carts to designated areas and distributing prepared trays to resident tables or rooms;
">
• Calls diets and checks trays during trayline with high accuracy;
">
• Maintaining resident files and recording all diet changes;
">
• Reporting any nutritional concerns to the manager on duty;

• Performing various dietary tasks, including dining room setup/breakdown, meal delivery, dish washing, and cross-training in different dining environments;

• Assuming responsibility for self-safety and the safety of the immediate work environment.
