This role is primarily responsible for supervising the Staff Accountants / Senior Accountants on the Ametros Finance team. They will be responsible for reviewing all journal entry posting during month end close, sign off on balance sheet reconciliations for Ametros, review internal / external reporting for management that is prepared by the accountants, assist with annual financial audit as well as various other tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee & manage the Staff / Senior Accountants on Ametros Finance team
- Review all entries prepared by Staff / Senior Accountants during month end close for posting
- Review & sign off on all balance sheet reconciliation prepared by Staff / Senior Accountants
- Review / help prepare variance analysis for month to month fluctuations between accounts
- Review multiple bank account reconciliations monthly for accuracy
- Review internal reporting that is sent off to management for accuracy
- Review client reporting / invoicing before it is sent off for accuracy
- Submit accounts payable invoices for payment approval
- Assist with annual financial audit
Experience / Qualifications :
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000USD to $110,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
