Job Title: Electronic Services Clerk
Department: Electronic Banking
Reports to: EFT Supervisor & AVP Electronic Banking
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process ACH Exception transactions and returns through EasCorp.
- Process ACH Originations.
- Balance Cash Advance.
- Handle ATM/debit card disputes.
- Order Debit/ATM Cards.
- Cross train regularly in all department jobs to perform duties when needed.
- Process Remote Deposit Apps.
- Post Remote and Mobile deposit transactions.
- Maintain Overdraft Tolerance program.
- Assist members and branch employees.
- May require working later Wednesday or Thursday.
- May require working some Saturdays.
- Reconcile in clearing items with Federal Reserve Bank.
- Return unprocessed items to the Federal Reserve Bank.
- Process Overdraft Privilege requests.
- Monitor negative accounts and reporting for Collections.
- Promote overall BSA Compliance by adhering to all BSA and OFAC Regulations specific to job function.
- Will actively promote the security and privacy of member and employee information through adherence to both information security and physical security policies, procedures, and governing regulations. Training will be completed at least annually for Information Security topics, BSA, and GLBA; annual BSA training will be position specific. Annual training will also include courses on any of the following regulations as they relate to the position described herein: SAFE ACT, Regulations B, C, D, E CC, DD, and Z as well as any training deemed necessary to promote adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written and oral instruction.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from members of management and credit union members.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel and Word.
- Ability to appear for work reliably, and as scheduled.
- Pleasant demeanor - ability to deliver exceptional member service and to work cooperatively with colleagues.
Education/Training Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six months of credit union experience and /or training. Must complete all applicable courses via Credit Union University on a yearly basis.
