We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GAFC Program Director to lead and oversee our Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) program . The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with a Bachelor’s degree , possessing strong leadership and administrative skills. While knowledge of GAFC programs is preferred, it is not required.
Responsibilities
The Program Director will be responsible tasks but not limited to :
Developing and implementing GAFC provider policies and procedures in accordance with 130 CMR 408.521(A).
Directing and supervising all aspects of the GAFC program.
Overseeing the hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, and termination of GAFC employees and contractors.
Managing the fiscal administration of the program, including billing, budget preparation, and required financial and statistical reporting.
Ensuring the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) reviews GAFC direct care aide logs every six months.
Ensuring a nurse or case manager reviews the direct care aide logs monthly.
Ensuring compliance with all 130 CMR 408.000 and 450.000 : Administrative and Billing Regulations.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed RN .
Must have a Bachelor's degree .
GAFC program knowledge is preferred but not required .
Strong organizational, leadership, and administrative skills.
Experience in program management, compliance, and team supervision is a plus.
