Administrator in Training :
You will receive practical on-the-job training and mentorship in our skilled nursing facility under the direct supervision of an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
You will gain a thorough understanding of the following :
- Our culture, operating model, systems and what it takes to be a successful leader. You will take on projects and real responsibilities at your host facility after mastering the fundamentals of our business.
- The survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.
- Reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing center administration.
- The laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.
