What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bowling Alley Attendant position at Webster Timber Lanes, Inc.?
You will be expected to:
- Provide outstanding guest service at all times
- Assist guests with finding their lane
- Assist guests enter names/information on the scoring tablet
- Assist guests with editing their scores
- Clear deadwood and dead balls down on lanes
- Assist servers clearing plates/glasses on lanes
- Put bowling balls back on rack
- Clean tables and furniture as needed throughout scheduled shift
- Check/clean bathrooms according to bathroom check policy
- Empty trash barrels throughout scheduled shift
- Fix minor jams in bowling machine (training provided)
- Empty buss buckets throughout shift
- Redeem prizes for customers in the arcade
- Complete any other task assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Minimum age of 16 years old.
- Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time.
- Must be able to maintain composure during stressful times and be able to take criticism.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize during busy times.
- Must obtain work permit if under the age of 18.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
