Maintain a style guide and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize proofreading tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Review and correct website content to maintain a professional and error-free online presence.
Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure all materials align with company standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a proofreader or editor, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of grammar and punctuation.
Proficiency in using proofreading tools and software (e.g., Grammarly, PerfectIt).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
