Coffee Ice Cream Service – Weckerly’s Ice Cream (New Shop Opening!)
Weckerly’s Ice Cream is opening a brand-new shop, and for the first time, we’ll be offering coffee service alongside our small-batch ice cream. We’re looking for friendly, thoughtful individuals with barista experience and a strong passion for customer service to help bring this new space to life.
This is more than just a service role—it’s about creating meaningful, warm interactions and sharing what makes our products special.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare espresso drinks and brewed coffee with care and consistency
- Serve our handmade ice cream and ice cream sandwiches with enthusiasm and precision
- Engage guests with genuine hospitality, sharing product knowledge and telling the story behind our ingredients and process
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized shop environment
- Follow opening/closing routines, assist with restocking, and support the team where needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Barista experience preferred
- A strong communicator who loves connecting with people
- Confident talking about food and excited to learn the details of our ingredients and sourcing
- Calm, dependable, and team-oriented in a busy environment
- Year-round availability and morning/weekend availability

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
