Main Responsibilities:
- Inspecting material goods and products on the production line to ensure they meet engineering requirements.
- Performing First Article Inspections (FAI) and approving In-Process Inspection and Final Inspection.
- Conducting visual and measurement tests to identify any defects or irregularities.
- Communicating required adjustments or corrections to production leads, supervisors, and directors.
- Maintaining accurate inspection results by completing reports and logs according to company procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in a quality control position, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, tape measures, calipers, and other testing tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with production teams and management.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
