Our Los Angeles office is seeking a temporary New Accounts Associate to assist with a regulatory remediation effort. This is a hybrid role. Please note this is a temporary assignment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Open, process and update new accounts
- Verify client information, signatures and documents
- Compose, edit and distribute memos, letters and reports
- Maintain and update client and contact database information
- Maintain department files and documents
- Act as an information resource, liaison and problem-solver with both internal and external contacts
- Assist senior salespeople with day to day operations
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $26.00 - $38.00.
