Job Description
Wedbush Securities is one of the largest full-service securities firms and investments banks in the nation. We provide innovative financial solutions through our Private Client Services, Capital Markets, and Clearing & Execution divisions. Our team is looking to hire an Insurance Product Manager to serve as the subject matter expert on insurance products and annuities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Manage all insurance-related products sales and support on behalf of the firm, including variable annuities, life insurance, long-term care and disability income insurance
- Lead and coordinate insurance product strategy, promote product sales, maintain product partner relationships, and ensure there is adequate support for insurance products via external wholesaling, brokerage agencies and internal resources
- Ensure that branch managers and advisors have a consistent supply of high-quality insurance products to meet the needs of their clients
- Educate and engage Financial Advisors to build insurance and annuity engagement, and help develop and promote sales concepts
- Build relationships with external and internal wholesalers for variable annuities products
- Meet with prospective advisor candidates and Insurance Carriers to facilitate business
- Collaborate with internal business areas and outside Brokerage General Agencies for traditional insurance products, Life, Long-term care and fixed annuities
- Manage and support department staff to optimize productivity
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, management, and sales departments to develop and evaluate new product ideas
- Drive the business by developing new business profitability, design, implementation, and launch of new products in order to achieve profit targets and sales growth objectives
- Develop market-leading solutions to help our corporate clients optimize working capital and maximize efficiencies
- Perform other duties as required and assigned

Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $95,000-$110,000.

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
