Our Information Technology team is looking for a Production Support Analyst to join their team. This role supports the production process by troubleshooting client issues, managing incidents, and collaborating with project managers, QA, and software engineers to resolve workflow disruptions and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Provide day-to-day operational support, issue resolution and monitoring of the client and business units; proactively identify problems and make recommendations regarding solutions
- Formulate and define scope and objectives for complex enhancements and problem resolution
- Partner with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements
- Review daily production reports and work with appropriate parties to resolve identified issues and communicate task/ticket statuses and issues to client and team members
- Analyze and gain experience around existing software solutions and processes
- Use SQL to analyze and track resolutions or issues in data discrepancy and participate in release from development, testing, and deployment into production and collect business requirements and communicate with the stakeholder and development team
- Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgement regard personal behavior, conduct and business practices and escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency
- Utilize Azure DevOps (SaaS) platform to perform deployments, releases, monitoring, and investigation in support of UAT/Prod environments
- Support and conduct CI/CD operations within Azure Cloud and on-premise architecture in support of UAT/Prod environments
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
- Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum 3 years in a business analysis or project coordinator role, knowledge and experience around Financial Services business operations and intermediate knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB databases and queries
- Exposure to Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow or any other ticketing/documentation systems, knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience documenting workflow processes using process-flow or activity diagrams
- Familiarity with the concept of DevOps and familiar with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure (SaaS), Postman, GitHub, TFS, and SonarQube
- Exposure to Agile SCRUM/Kanban software development methodology (preferred) and exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) specifically Change Management and Incident Management
- Ability to automate manual touchpoints using PowerShell, Batch, Bash, Python or other similar coding languages and intermediate knowledge of Monitoring methodologies specifically ITRS Geneos (preferred)
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting of Kubernetes API Gateways, Ingress Controllers, and Azure Architecture
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency and advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
