Headquartered in Los Angeles, California with over 100 offices and more than 80 correspondent offices, our commitment to providing relentless, customized service is the foundation of our consistent growth. Our Denver office has an immediate need for a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and senior level management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors
- Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects as needed
- Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
- Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
- Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
- Research and arrange detailed travel plans : prepare travel itineraries and compile all documents and information needed for travel and appointments
- Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
- Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
- Maintain files and documents
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned and required

A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $30-$32.92 / hr.
