Estimator and Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Project Manager will utilize various project management skills, to drive project success.

Duties

• Reviewing plans and specifications to create job estimates for bidding.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to present updates and gather feedback.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure quality management standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative team environment while effectively managing conflicts that may arise.
• Document project processes and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Willingness to learn new skills and equipment.
• Strong skills in project scheduling and time management
• Proficient in process management techniques.
• Excellent conflict management abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience with quality management practices in project delivery.
