Duties
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Perform resetting bags on a daily basis with accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Assist with payroll
- Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity.
- Other office duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Toast).
- Previous experience as an office assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
