More Gratz equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Tower) arriving in 2 months!
Located right across from Manhattan – Trader Joe’s mall, easy parking, public transport friendly.
We’re a supportive and passionate studio that deeply values both our clients and our instructors.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Pilates classes for diverse groups, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.
- Design and implement tailored Classical Pilates that incorporate principles of anatomy and body mechanics.
- Educate participants on proper techniques and physiology to enhance their understanding of movement.
- Monitor individual progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Stay updated on Classical Pilates trends and continuously improve teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a strong background in an individual and group teaching.
- In-depth knowledge of physiology and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective instruction.
- Experience in program design tailored to individual and group needs.
- Ability to engage and motivate clients
