Child Care Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity to grow in experience in early childhood education. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. The Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.

Experience

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
• Experience as a nanny or babysitter is considered an asset.
• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to educating young learners and fostering their love for learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
