We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles.

- Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior positively.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends and methodologies.
- Foster strong relationships with students, families, and the community to support child welfare and development.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods or other early intervention strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate students and interact with parents.
