As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our operations and team in delivering superior lawn care services.
Position Overview :
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational performance, ensuring top-tier customer service, and achieving revenue and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in lawn care or related industries, and a passion for driving business success while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Management
Prepare upwardly mobile staff members to fill future employment opportunities
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians, customer service representatives, and administrative staff.Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure a high standard of work and customer service.Foster a positive, supportive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to maintain open communication and address challenges.Operations Mangaement :Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, service delivery, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Monitor service quality, ensuring all work is completed on time and in line with company standards.Manage branch resources efficiently to optimize operational productivity and meet customer demands.Customer Service & Relations :Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering lawn care solutions and establishing trust relationships.Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to improve service quality and customer retention.Sales & Business Development :Identify opportunities for service upsells and new business within the local market.
Work with the sales team to drive new customer acquisition and expand the client base.Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to branch revenue growth.Financial Management :Oversee the branch’s budget, including managing expenses, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
Track financial performance and prepare regular reports for the Regional Manager.Ensure accurate invoicing and billing, working with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.Safety & Compliance :Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for staff and customers.Conduct regular safety training and inspections.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Management or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, with at least 3 years in the service industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory.Solid understanding of lawn care services, equipment, and best practices.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.What We Offer :
