Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales, business development, employee development , hiring, and training. This role requires a motivating personality and proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Duties

• Interview, onboard, and train all new sales agents
• Manage and develope a team of 6-8 sales agents and hold accountable to meeting company standards
• Regular meetings with Sales Director on improvements and adjustments that need to be made in different sales campaigns
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Utilize automatic dialer syster to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in customer service and technical sales.
• Quality control phone calls for ongoaing training of agents

Skills

• Proven experience in business development and account management within a sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
• Proficient in using CRM systems for tracking sales performance.
• Exceptional sales skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of landscaping/lawn care/ home improvement sales processes is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
