Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers by phone, address inquiries, and verify information
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Familiarity with MS Office is a plus, but not required
