During the year, as a Lawn Technicians will be applying fertilizer, weed control, and other services to different commercial and residential properties. During the colder months, Lawn care technicians function as lead generators who play a critical role in helping the company by communicating with customers with valuable information about our lawn services and company. Earn a base rate plus commission based on your sales and productivity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
-Door knocking and talk to current and potential customers.
-Applying Fertilizer, Weed Control, Insect control, Lawn Aeration, and so much more.

-Driving to different lawn and taking care of their lawn care needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communicates in a friendly and professional manner.
- Is enthusiastic and confident.
- Responsible with equipment.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours a day.
- Knowledge and understanding of texting and mobile apps.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

- Monday to Friday
- No nights

- Overtime
