Key Responsibilities:
- Office Coordination: Client management through managing calls, emails, and daily office tasks.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and programs to customers.
Requirements:
- Computer skills extremely important, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Organized, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
