As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you have the opportunity to take initiative and to represent our company in the construction industry. Outside Sales Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Service and grow sales for an assigned group of customers through in person sales calls and total account management.
- Making connections with people, motivating, and inspiring them to achieve mutually beneficial results.
- The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge through training and ongoing learning.
- Strong self-direction, and an interest in achieving results with and through people.
- A sincere appreciation for people and how each individual is uniquely motivated.
- Able to understand customer’s individual needs and goals is essential; build long-term relationships.
- Able to initiate projects and processes beyond established practices when directed.
- Identify and maintain customer opportunities, develop strategies for closing those opportunities and following them through to a conclusion.
- This position has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing.

Requirements
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.

- Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
