Atlanta based law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their Washington DC office. Work directly with a Partner and manage the cases from start to finish. Must be able to come in and work with little training or supervision. Some responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing title commitments, reviewing title instruments and boundary surveys, drafting summaries and objection letters relating to title reviews, organizing and fulfilling conditions required to meet title requirements, conducting research on real property tax and ownership information, and coordinating closings.
