IP Litigation Paralegal
37.5 Hours / Week
5 Years IP Litigation Experience
BA degree preferred
Assist attorneys in the practice of intellectual property law, specifically patent litigation and prosecution. Responsibilities : Experience in filing electronically with the federal district courts, United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and International Trade Commission (ITC); Docketing deadlines; Working knowledge of patents, trade secrets, copyrights and / or trademarks; Monitor litigation cases, patent applications and IPRS, and trademark applications; Conduct patent and trademark research; Support attorneys during IP litigation by drafting pleadings, locating case law, preparing exhibits; conducting discovery and corresponding with experts and other witnesses; Communicate with clients, vendors, USPTO personnel, court personnel, experts, attorneys and others as directed.
