Title : Human Resources Recruiter / Generalist
Purpose : This position provides general support to the Human Resources Department with a specific focus on recruitment
Reports to : HR Manager
Primary Job Functions :
- Utilize ADP Workforce and other HR systems to update candidate status
- Pre-qualify candidates on the phone and by email
- Maintain ATS and data tracking for job candidates
- Conduct phone interviews
- Schedule virtual and in person interviews
- Follow-up with candidates post interview
- Create and maintain electronic filing
- Complete employment verifications
- Schedule pre-employment testing and screenings
- Work with staff members on pre-hiring process
- Attend virtual and onsite hiring events
- Work with HR Team to plan hiring events
- Assist in HR orientation and onboarding
- Provide hiring data to HR Manager
- Track signing bonus payout
- Collaborate with other HR Team members on successful event planning
- In addition to other HR Generalist duties
- Performs other duties as assigned
