What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Coordinator position at WEHAH FARM, INC?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our Mill/Packhouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering production packaging and materials usage data into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system while also supporting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for production. You will work closely with department leadership and cross-functional supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Production & Inventory
Oversee material flow, ensuring quality, accuracy, and availability to support efficient production. Maintain inventory records, track deviations, and coordinate resolutions to minimize disruptions.
KPI Reporting & Systems
Manage ERP data entry, track key performance metrics, and compile reports to support planning and decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies to optimize efficiency.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with leadership and supply chain teams to address production needs. Communicate variances, assist with shift coordination, and manage material transfers to ensure smooth operations.
