Moving Helper

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods for our clients. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for loading and unloading items, driving to various locations, and providing top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items from trucks or vans with care to prevent damage.
• Drive vehicles to designated locations safely and efficiently.
• Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed.
• Ensure that all items are accounted for during the moving process.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment as required for moving heavy items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse or vehicle.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in moving, courier services, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (over 50 pounds) regularly.
• Understands safety to the fullest.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
