We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Operational Excellence to join our team at Weichert Workforce Mobility. Responsibilities and Requirements
- 6 years of experience in operational excellence or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, process optimization, and performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of business process design, optimization, and SOP development.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
