The Principal Engineering Services Engineer provides technical direction to internal and external customers on the application of our Weidmann's materials and products in transformer insulation designs, in order to achieve our business growth objectives.
How you'll make an impact...
- Advise managers, executives, and global technical teams on technical matters, including key products, projects, and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor developments to maintain Weidmann's leadership.
- Provide technical support and training to engineers, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring industry standards compliance.
- Participate in industry committees and events to communicate Weidmann's insulation expertise.
- Support customer satisfaction through direct technical assistance and collaboration with the commercial team.
- Lead and coordinate innovation projects from ideation to commercial launch.
- Ensure proper project documentation in line with QMS, EMS, and regulatory requirements.
