What You Will Do
- Assist in a variety of warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment
- Supervise 2 warehouse drivers and their schedule while maintaining records for warehouse inventory
- Manage the yard utilizing a forklift and identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials
- Train a material handler for each larger jobsite on how to receive materials from drivers
- Perform upkeep 7000 S Jordan Road building and fix/report maintenance issues
- Comply with OSHA standards and the Weifield Safety Program, which requires a hard hat, safety glasses, and vest in addition to steel toed shoes, long pants, and a minimum of a short sleeved shirt

What You Will Bring
In addition to being self-motivated, detail oriented, and unwilling to accept second-best, you will
- Have 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Possess forklift operation experience
- Ideally, have experience training warehouse workers on forklift operations
- Possess excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills and the ability to document effectively
- Possess a basic understanding of the electrical industry
- Have the ability to mobilize electrical equipment and tools up to 50 lbs.
- Have a clean DMV record to enable the use of a company flatbed truck
- Ideally, be forklift certified (preferred but not required)
- Be comfortable using Excel or Smartsheet, or have the aptitude to learn quickly
