Job Responsibilities?
1. Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
· Analyze data to determine market needs, preferences, and opportunities for business growth.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
· Identify & prospect clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, & research.
· Qualify leads and prioritizes opportunities based on strategic business objectives.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
· Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing information and solutions as needed.
4. Proposal Development and Submission:
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
· Ensure proposals align with client requirements and showcase Weigand Construction's capabilities effectively.
5. Market Expansion Strategies:
· Contribute to the development of business development strategies to expand the company's market presence.
· Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications?
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· Experience in BD or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
· Goal-oriented with a drive for achieving and exceeding targets.
