Come join the Weigand-Omega Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a bookkeeper team member in our Wichita, Kansas office. The Bookkeeper I position requires full cycle bookkeeping experience including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Bank Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, and Financial Statement preparation for multiple sets of properties. Requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and thoroughness.

Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities •
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Extensive knowledge of computer software (excel, word, publisher, adobe)
- Excellent word processing skills. Ability to use office equipment
- Experience using organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to use a multi-line phone system
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance.
- High school education or equivalency; Some college preferred.
- Two to three years of experience providing administrative and accounting support
- Ability to work with little direction maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness and ability to learn additional software packages as required.
